Title : Synchronization of Complex-Valued Neural Network-Based Control Techniques and Its Application
Abstract :
This talk focuses on the reachable set estimation for the synchronization of complex-valued neural networks (CVNNs) using an event-triggered approach in the presence of cyber-attacks. The proposed controller is designed to reduce communication resource usage while maintaining system stability. The objective is to find the smallest ellipsoid that can contain the state trajectory of the system under control. By employing Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) and integral inequality techniques, sufficient stability conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), solvable via MATLAB’s YALMIP toolbox. Numerical simulations highlight the method’s effectiveness and its potential for chaos-based secure communications.
Biography
Dr. Vadivel Rajarathinam earned his B.Sc., M.Sc., and M.Phil. degrees in Mathematics from Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College, affiliated with Bharathiar University, and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Thiruvalluvar University, India. He completed his postdoctoral research at Kunsan National University in South Korea, focusing on wind energy systems. Currently, he is a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science and Technology, at Phuket Rajabhat University, Thailand. He has published over 75 research articles in SCI journals. His research interests include stability analysis, neural networks, networked control systems, T–S fuzzy theory, and event-triggered control. He is also an active reviewer for numerous scientific journals.
